- Any additional requests outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
- Verbal discussions are not considered final agreements unless documented in writing.
4.Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Share required access credentials (website, hosting, ad accounts, etc.)
- Approve deliverables within reasonable time
- Respond to communication in a timely manner
Delays from the client side may affect project timelines.
5.Payment Terms
- Advance payment is required before work begins.
- Remaining balance must be cleared as per agreed dates.
- Late payments may result in service interrupted.
- All fees are non-refundable once work has started.
6.Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services:
- No refunds are provided after project starts.
- No refunds for completed or almost finished services.
- Refunds, if any, are entirely at the discretion of Danish Digital.
7.Performance Disclaimer
Danish Digital does not guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings
- Fixed sales or revenue figures
- Exact traffic growth percentages
Digital marketing results depend on market competition, customer behavior, and third-party platforms beyond our control.
8.Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, final deliverables become the property of the client.
- Danish Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9.Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for:
- Account suspensions by Google, Meta, or other platforms
- Algorithm updates
- Hosting issues
- Platform policy changes
Clients are responsible for complying with platform policies.
10.Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality.
All sensitive business information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
11.Limitation of Liability
Danish Digital shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential business losses
- Loss of profits
- Data breaches caused by third-party platforms
- Technical failures beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.
12.Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Payment terms are violated
- The client engages in illegal activities
- Misuse or abusive behavior occurs
Upon termination, outstanding payments remain payable.
13.Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

14.Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.
